New Client Consultation

Service Description

New client consultations are an easy way to meet Kelsey and learn about the one-on-one sessions that she offers. New client consults are a great opportunity for you to ask questions, learn, and discover whether energy healing and/or divination is a good choice for you. My goal is to never pressure you to book a session or purchase something that you aren’t confident about. Rather, my aim is on helping you to find an energy healer and diviner that you feel completely safe and comfortable with. Please note: personal readings, energy healing, and divinations will NOT be given during this free consultation period. Each 15-minute consultation includes: - A meet and greet with Kelsey - A chance to learn about Kelsey's private energy healing sessions, cowry shell divinations, or both - A discussion about your current spiritual and wellness goals - An opportunity to ask questions and address concerns you may have I like to ask my new clients three important questions: 1. What are the main struggles or adversities you’re facing with right now in your life? 2. What kind of energy work, healing, or spiritual work have you done in the past? (If you’re brand new to this kind of work, that’s perfectly fine! I love working with beginners.) 3. What do you hope to gain from a session with Kelsey? ***IMPORTANT! New client consults are only available if you’ve never worked with Kelsey in a one-on-one, private healing or divination session before. If you’re considering booking your first session, but still have questions, then this consult is perfect for you!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice, in which case a refund (less the 4% service charge) will be issued within the next 5 business days. You may reschedule your appointment at any time. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to pay the allocated fee for the time booked for the session. Cancellations and no-shows will be allotted 30 days to reschedule your appointment or else you will be charged for your session without refund. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late to their session will also be considered a no-show.
