You will receive 56 handmade cards printed on heavy-duty cardstock. Each card is the size of a business card (approx. 2 x 3.5 inches). 48 of the cards have suggested messages for healing and self-care, while the additional eight cards are left blank for you to create your own favorite, personal daily routines.
 
Pull one to three cards per day (or more if you need it!) You can pull cards during the same time each day, for example, first thing in the morning, or you can use the cards whenever your energy needs a boost or you're feeling stuck. Follow your intuition and know that there is not a wrong way to use the cards.
