The services I perform, whether in-person, by phone, or through the internet, are not a replacement for any prescribed or necessary medical treatment, and I may only perform treatments within my scope of practice and level of comfort. Anything I say or write about shall not be regarded as medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or prescription for any illness or condition.  My services, as well as all divinatory and energy healing practices, are at all times restricted to complementary and alternative health care services. Furthermore, I may refuse service at any time for any reason.

 

Private clients may be referred to a medical professional if I feel this is necessary. In addition, clients should discuss any recommendations I provide during their sessions and throughout this website with their Primary Care Physician and other Health Care Providers.

BOOKING Terms

Upon registering for and receiving services by Kelsey Kuehl, you agree that it is your responsibility to inform Kelsey Kuehl of any changes to your medical health and that you will not hold Kelsey Kuehl liable for anything resulting from the client's failure to do so. 

 

Upon registering for and receiving services by Kelsey Kuehl, you agree that your heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and yourself hereby and forever release, waive, discharge and hold harmless any claims or liability whatsoever kind or nature arising against Kelsey Kuehl, and/or any of their associates or affiliates. You agree to take full responsibility and are responsible for all liability for loss or injury incurred while in association with or applying energy techniques and information learned from Kelsey Kuehl and/or any of their associates or affiliates.

 

You also agree that you have read and will abide by all policies and client expectations that may be listed separately from this document. You have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its consent. You are aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between Kelsey Kuehl and the client. You understand that this contract is binding and acknowledge that you are registering for and receiving services on your own free will.

FINANCIAL POLICY

All private healing and divination service fees for in-person and remote sessions are as follows:

• 60-minute session: $108 USD

• 90-minute session: $144 USD

• Gift certificates are available upon request

Payment is due at time of booking via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal or Apple Pay.

 

If you must cancel your appointment, I request a minimum of 48 hours notice, in which case a refund (less the 4% service charge) will be issued within 5 business days. You may reschedule your appointment at any time.

 

Last minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to pay the allocated fee for the time booked for the session. Cancellations and no-shows will be allotted 30 days to reschedule your appointment or else you will be charged for your session without refund.  Clients that are more than 10 minutes late to their session will also be considered a no-show.

Refunds & returns

Ready-to-ship products: I take pride in the products I sell in my online shop and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please understand that all sales are final and I am unable to accept returns. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me and I will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Digital items: Digital items, including Akashic Record readings, are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. Once digital items have been electronically delivered they cannot be returned or refunded.
